Some characteristics are not a requirement when considering the flight attendant salary (เงินเดือน แอร์โฮสเตส which is the term in Thai), but they are essential and demonstrate that the professional is prepared for the function. One of them is to have healthy habits since you will face a work routine that is often without breaks and with changes in schedules.
Another of the “requirements” is related to clothing. In interviews with flight attendants, clothing should be discreet and well taken care of, especially concerning accessories. Shoes should be shined, and clothes should be more formal. These details can draw attention already in the selection process.
